Before you buy

  • Do you accept returns?

    Unfortunately, returns & exchanges are not accepted. If you are unhappy with your purchase please message us.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    Please do note that orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. Please review carefully your order before finalizing your purchase.

  • My order is damaged! What do I do?

    We are so sorry your order didn't arrive in perfect condition.

    Please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to find a solution.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Paypal, Creditcards (namely Mastercard, Amex and Visa) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

  • Can I check-out in my own currency?

    Yes, you can currently switch to your local currency or keep the default currency.

  • Can I combine two orders?

    Unfortunately, we don't allow combining multiple orders into one. Each order placed will be shipped separately.

  • Why don't you ship to my country?

    We are working towards expanding where we ship but it's important to be able to provide reliable and reasonable shipping. If you can't order, don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

  • Where do you ship?

    We currently ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, US, Canada and Australia.

  • How long until my order arrives?

    The current processing window is 1-2 weeks.

International orders do not include any import duties, customs fees, or taxes.

Customs

Will I have to pay customs?

International buyers may be subject to import fees, duties, and taxes (if applicable in your country) and Luna Bookish Flames cannot be held responsible for any fees/charges incurred with your country.
We cannot be held responsible for any International shipment delays or items held at customs. You can always contact your local customs office for more information. If any package is refused or unclaimed, they will either be destroyed or returned depending on the country. Re-shipping will be at the customers expense.
